These are some heavy times, people. Momentous times. The kind of times that tell us—if we’re ready to listen—who we are, why we are, and what we need to do.
Our new friend Monique John, a Report for America journalist with WCPO/9 News, is asking all the big questions today, and we’re here for it.
“I decided to be that one person to make a difference, to be that one person to show a different perspective,” Joyeuse Muhorakeye says. “You don’t have to do what everyone else is doing. You can do your own things, and that’s why I’m here. I’m going to do me.”
